Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within this period, a full-fee invoice will be issued.

We are registered with AXA, Vitality Health & WPA. Please check the conditions of your cover with your provider before booking an appointment. Appointment times for AXA & Vitality reflect the compensation we receive from them for our time.
